The living area is on the first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. The flat is equipped with a large balcony (south facing), living and dining room with open-plan kitchen, bathroom with bathtub incl. shower/WC, bedroom with box-spring bed (180x200).

An extra bed can be added for the 3rd person. Additional persons on request.
