Es besteht  ein direkter Zugang zur Südterrasse mit Markise. Das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, TV, Radio und DVD-Player. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett und Radiowecker. Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und WC. Telefonanschluss und Internetverbindung via W-LAN vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein eigener Parkplatz.

Für Kinder gibt es Spielplätze und Ponyreiten. Für Sportbegeisterte bietet Hooksiel ein Meerwasserhallenwellenbad, Wasserskianlage,Segeln, Surfen, Tennis, Tretboot, Reiten, Radfahren, Wandern, Nordic-Walking-Wege. Innerhalb von nur 5 Gehminuten erreichen Sie einen Bäcker, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Außenhafen finden Sie die Schiffe, die Sie zu den Seehundbänken, zum Marinehafen von Wilhelmshaven, zu den Tanklöschbrücken oder zum Angeln bringen. Wilhelmshaven ist nur 12 km entfernt, von hier haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Museumsinsel und Helgoland zu erreichen oder einfach nur die schöne Stadt zu genießen.
