Inside, the accommodation is clearly laid out and designed for comfort: Four double bedrooms (each 160 × 200 cm) each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The ensemble is complemented by a suite with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower and toilet—ideal for relaxing retreat time.
On the ground floor there is an accessible double bedroom (180 × 200 cm) with its own accessible en-suite bathroom; short distances and ample space to move make it especially convenient. For families or friends, a cosy four-bed room with stackable beds by Müller Smart Living also has an en-suite bathroom and combines smart use of space with privacy.
In total, there are six bathrooms with shower/toilet, plus one additional bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet; a separate guest WC helps ease the morning routine. The sauna area also has its own shower/toilet—perfect for a quick refresh right after sweating. In this way, the house combines generous sleeping capacity with well-planned sanitary facilities, ensuring every guest has their own comfort zone.
Pets are only permitted by prior agreement with the letting agency and for a fee, in the number stated in advance. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs. Dog waste in the garden and around the holiday property must be picked up. Before departure, please vacuum to remove pet hair (leave the property broom clean).
For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles via the holiday property’s power supply. It is not designed for this and may cause fires.

Description
Holiday home on the Jagst – you can’t stay closer to the river. The newly built “renkenmühle” combines hotel-level comfort with privacy: seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a wall-mounted secretary desk by Müller Möbelwerkstätten, are arranged around a large, step-free living area with fireplace, panoramic window, and an open kitchen and dining zone with two long tables for up to 16 people and access to the covered terrace.
A gallery with a high-quality foosball table, a large panoramic sauna with river views, a fenced garden and a stunning outdoor terrace complete the ensemble. Closed off towards the street, the house opens up towards the water with wide window fronts; the property extends right to the riverbank with loungers, hammocks and barbecue areas.
The ground floor is barrier-free (wide doors, lift at the entrance steps, senior-friendly bedroom, accessible bathroom). Sustainable features include a hydropower turbine, an air-source heat pump and a fresh-air ventilation system.
Ideal for large families, friends, retreats and business meetings: Starlink Wi‑Fi, a large screen, flipchart (on request) and a very well-equipped kitchen with 2 Miele ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and a wine fridge. Children under 2 travel free of charge.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the tourism tax. Should a tourism tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
Important payment information and other conditions
A 30% deposit is due within 7 days of booking; the remaining balance is payable no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
