similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on
campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an
exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

The non-smoking holiday home (60 sqm) is situated on the second floor of a 6-apartments-building.The surrounding area is quiet. The house is located 800 m from the river Elbe and 6 km from the city centre.The apartment provides two rooms, floor, balkony, bathroom with shower and wc. The kitchen provides gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and toaster.Check in / Check out
Arrival: 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Departure: until 10 a.m.

* from the autobahn: Take autobahn exit Altstadt towards Zentrum (city centre). Stay on the main road along the river Elbe. After the right hand bend, follow the track of the tram. Turn right after the tram stop. Our house is located opposite to the school.
* from Dresden airport by public transport: Take S-Bahn S1 towards Pirna and get off at Bahnhof Neustadt. Change to tram 6 towards Niedersedlitz and get off at Gustav-Hartmann-Straße.
* from Dresden central station by public transport: Take tram 6 towards Laubegast. Get off at Gustav-Hartmann-Straße.
