The villa, which is listed as a historical building, was built in 1909 in the former summer-house area Kleinzschachwitz in the south-east of Dresden (site of the Old Town) on an old Elbe island. It is situated in a beautiful location in immediate vicinity to the Elbe Cycle Route, the ferry to the Pillnitz Palace, the public swimming pool and the bicycle and boat rental.

From the villa your can easily reach the historic Old Town of Dresden, the picuresque Saxon Switzerland and the Ore Mountains ('Erzgebirge') by using public transport.

The villa is a historically listed building in reform style. The atmosphere in and around the house as well as the quite, park-like riverscape invites the guests to dream, rest and relax. The holiday apartment (88 m²) in the attic is affectionately and individually furnished. The apartment is equipped with: 

2 bed rooms, 1 TV room (can also be used as a bed room with extra beds), a living room with balcony, a kitchen, a bath room with shower / WC, a bath room with shower and hair dryer, a small seperate WC and a hall. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk and a wardrobe; the second bed room is furnished with a TV, a sofa, which can be used as a bed, and an armchair; the third bed room is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living room is furnished with a dining tabel, a cupboard, a stereo system and a stove. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a cupboard, a toaster, micro wave and espresso machine.

(The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)

* Arrival by car:
From motorway A17, exit Dresden-Prohlis, continue along Fritz-Meinhardt-Straße, turn right into Dohnaer Straße (B 172) and follow this street, turn left into Erich-Kästner-Straße, turn right into Windmühlenstraße and continue to Dorfstraße, turn right into Dorfstraße and follow this street (after the crossing this street turns into Bahnhofstraße), follow Bahnhofsstraße up to Putjatinplatz, turn left into Meußlitzer Straße, take 3rd right turning into Berthold-Haupt-Straße, follow this street up to the restaurant "Kurhaus", turn right into Wilhelm-Weitlinger-Straße, the third house on the right side.   
* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof (main station) take tram 3 (direction Wilder Mann) or tram 7 (direction Weixdorf) to stop 'Pirnaischer Platz', change to tram 1 (direction Kleinzschachwitz) to the last stop 'Kleinzschachwitz Fähre', walk 3 minutes to Wilhelm-Weitling-Straße.
* Arrival from the airport:
Commuter train connection (daily) to Dresden-Hauptbahnhof (main station), from there as mentioned above.
