The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and offers 60 sqm of space for up to 2 people. It features a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as a living room with sofa, side table, sideboard, TV and dining area. The additional single room with separate bathroom is available for bookings of 3 people or more. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as a daylight bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. To ensure the quality of the apartment for all guests, pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smokers can use a designated area with a standing table under the carport. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please contact the host after booking to ensure guest communication.

Conditions/extras

Guests will receive a 100% refund up to 14 days before check-in. Guests will not receive a refund less than 14 days before check-in. The stated prices do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the town of the booked accommodation, it must be paid on site. The host reserves the right to charge a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this.

Check-in and Check-out Conditions

Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., on the day of departure the apartment is available until 11 a.m. (earliest check-out at 8 a.m.).
