Unsere helle 60 qm große Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Die Wohnung ist mit 5***** vom Deutschen Tourismusverband ausgezeichnet worden. Wohnzimmer: mit Balkon, ausgestattet mit zwei 2-Sitzern sowie Relaxliege, Smart TV 138 cm ambilight. Schlafzimmer: mit Balkon, Boxspringbett 1,80 x 2,00 m, großer Kleiderschrank mit Tresor, Flachbildfernseher 81 cm. Küche: komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche, Herd mit Ceranfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, etc.. Badezimmer: Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Abstellraum.


Eigener Parkplatz kostenlos am Haus, Nichtraucherwohnung (2 Balkone zum Rauchen sind vorhanden), Wäschepaket gegen Aufpreis buchbar (Bettwäsche für € 12,-- pro Person/Woche und Handtücher für € 6,-- pro Person/Woche), kostenloser WLAN-Anschluss, kostenlose Nutzung von Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Abstellraum für Fahrräder zur allgemeinen Nutzung vorhanden. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet!

Zwei Nächte konnten wir nicht richtig Schlafen , da auf den Sportplatz bis morgens gefeiert wurde .

Es hat uns rundherum sehr gut gefallen. Die liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung war bei unserer Anreise in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand, so konnten wir übergangslos in den Wohlfühlmodus eintauchen. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Die Residenz Rosengrund ist uns seit mehr als 4 Jahren ans Herz gewachsen. Die Wohnung Rosengrund 30 | 1.OG, 25761 Büsum einfach gleich weiter zu empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, da beginnt der Urlaub doch gleich richtig. In der Wohnung waren wir bestens untergebracht und fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Wir können Sie nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr freundliche und zuvor kommende Gastgeber auch noch persönlich kennen gelernt. Gerne gleich nächstes Jahr wieder ♥

In der FeWo hat alles gestimmt. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen "rundrum" wohl gefühlt. Schön war auch das Schwimmbad, die Sauna, der Fitnessraum und die Infrarotkabine. Hier hat alles gepasst! Wir wollten gar nicht nach Hause...aber leider...alles hat ein Ende. Aber, wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Außerdem sind es sehr nette Vermieter. Sie haben sogar nachgefragt, ob wir gut Zuhause angekommen sind. Das haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der FeWo und in Büsum.

Sehr zuvorkommende und äußerst nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Sehr gute Multimedia-Ausstattung. Ein herrliches Indoor-Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum und Sauna sind über sehr kurze Wege erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
