The special guided tour From the Roof to the Cellar offers an extraordinary opportunity to experience a sound installation by Nevin Aladağ and to experience it sensually in interaction with the historic water reservoir from 1880.
Meeting point: In front of the Exhibition Hall
Duration: 60 minutes
Important note: Due to the limited accessibility of the Wasserreservoir on Mathildenhöhe, this tour can only be booked on selected dates on request and with a limited number of participants.
Please not that this tour is currently only available in German!
Conditions/extras
The maximum group size is 15 people. An individual meeting point is possible by arrangement.
Our tip: Book admission to the Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt Exhibition Hall directly with us!
Admission is EUR 8 per person. This price is only valid for groups (10 or more people). For smaller groups (up to 9 persons) the regular admission price of 10,-EUR per person applies. Children and young people (up to the age of 18) and school classes are admitted free of charge. Without prior booking, admission must be paid directly on site!
Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am - 6 pm
The exhibition building is closed on the following public holidays: Christmas Eve, 24.12.2025 Christmas Day, 25.12.2025 New Year's Eve, 31.12.2025 New Year's Day, 01.01.2026
