Our reception is there for you daily from 7AM to 10PM and will be pleased to help you with all questions regarding your stay in the tranquil Freiburg and the beautiful Black Forest. If you arrive later than 6PM., please inform us by phone or e-mail about your approximate time of arrival so that we can prepare everything for you. So that you can discover the unique nature and cultural treasures of the southern Black Forest even without a car, we provide our guests on request a free RVF ticket for public transport, with which they can explore the surrounding area comfortably and relaxed.
