Info about accommodation tax: Please note, that the city of Dortmund raises an accomodation tax. It amounts 7,5% of the accomodation rate. Job-related overnight stays are free of this tax. If the guest can proof by means of a credential, that the stay is job-related, no accomodation tax will be raised. DORTMUNDtourismus GmbH Office merely acts as agent and accepts no liability. In the event of changes or cancellations of hotel reservations, the hotel should be informed directly (even if you arrive after 6 p.m.) as the room may be reallocated during peak periods. For rooms, which are not occupied, a cancellation fee must be paid in accordance with the legal stipulations in place.
