Linens are provided. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels. Smoking is not permitted in the house and the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Due to the proximity to the stream, this apartment is not suitable for families with children.

Description
This simple and cozy holiday apartment is idyllically situated on a stream and was gently renovated in 2022. The apartment is in an older two-family house in a residential area near the school building. The owner lives in the house. Parking at the house. Shops, trains and buses can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. It is a 10-minute walk to the lake. In the beautiful mountain region around Lake Lucerne there are numerous opportunities in summer and winter to make your holidays sporty and active or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Due to the proximity to the stream, this apartment is not suitable for families with children.
