Culinary tour "Cradle of Switzerland"
Description
A boat trip on Lake Lucerne, a visit to the historic Rütli meadow, and most importantly: culinary delights!
The Kulinarik-Tour "Wiege der Schweiz"culinary tour starts in Brunnen with an aperitif at Lakeside, right on the Brunnen lake promenade (please allow enough time for this).
The journey continues by boat, which takes you from Brunnen to Treib. There you have a direct connection to the Treib-Seelisberg railway. From Seelisberg, it's a leisurely hike to the Rütli meadow.
Lunch is served at the Rütlihaus restaurant. You can choose either a main course with or without meat, accompanied by a 3dl soft drink.
Incidentally, directly below the Rütlihaus restaurant you will find the oath site where the alliance is said to have been formed in 1291.
Refreshed, you then take the boat to Brunnen. Your culinary tour concludes at the Bellevue restaurant in Brunnen with a surprise dessert.

Tickets: Tickets for the Culinary Tour Cradle of Switzerland are available at the boat station in Brunnen.

Traveling with children: Please purchase tickets for children on site. The Junior Card is valid. You can order and pay for children's meals directly at the restaurant.

Equipment: The hike from Seelisberg to the Rütli takes just under an hour (2.7 km). The trail is mostly downhill through the forest on a beautifully laid out hiking trail. The difference in altitude between Seelisberg and the Rütli is 285 meters. We recommend good footwear and clothing suitable for the weather.
