 better take a taxi or car. Or take a train to Reutlingen and then a taxi to the Hotel.

When you leave A8 you take the B 27. There you leave exit Reutlingen/Tübingen. You follow the road until you get to Tübingen and in Tübingen you change to B 28 direction Reutlingen. After ca. 5 km you will see on your right handside your Hotel. You take the exit  Reutlingen „Industriegebiet-West“
