Located on the third floor of the hotel, these rooms were redesigned in the spring of 2006 and either overlook the Old Town or the quiet interior garden. The modern bathrooms with large openings to the room are equipped with a shower and/or bathtub, a separate WC, a free-standing sink, a heated marble floor, and ample shelf space. The rooms feature dark-stained cherry wood furniture and decorative fabrics in rust and pink tones that perfectly accent the grey marble carpeting. Rooms include a minibar, electronic safe, and a flat-screen TV (LCD), as well as comfortable armchairs or chaise lounges. The box-spring beds with memory foam mattresses are partially separated. The rooms range between 30 and 35 sqm.

The deluxe rooms range between 22 and 24 sqm and are located in our quiet garden house (between the first and third floors). They are equipped with a French bed (150x200cm), a bathroom with shower/WC, a minibar, cable TV, a direct-dial telephone, and a radio.

This one-room suite (38 sqm) is located on the second floor overlooking Oberlinden Square. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a room divider. The spacious granite bathroom is equipped with a shower inside the tower along with a WC and bidet. The room has a walk-in closet, direct-dial telephone with an ISDN connection, cable TV, a minibar, radio, and room safe.
