The three-room, non-smoking flat is spread over two floors and is accessed via an external staircase with a separate entrance. On the ground floor, it features a hallway with a coat rack, an open-plan dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower. The upper part of the flat, accessible via a spiral staircase, features a living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed (sleeping up to 2 people), as well as a separate bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed (or 2 single beds on request) and has air conditioning. A washing machine with a dryer function, a second smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a small terrace in front of the front door (smoking permitted here) complete the amenities. Towels and bed linen are provided by the landlord. Pets are welcome. Free car parking is available. 

Aachen city centre is approximately 15 minutes’ drive away; there are good bus connections and quick access to the A44 and E40 motorways. A children’s playground is located in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities (bakeries) and restaurants can be found in the Aachen-Brand district.
