Description
In a unique location, just 10 minutes by car from downtown Ludwigsburg, the Schlosshotel Monrepos is surrounded by a 250-hectare park and offers the ideal location for business and private stays in the greater Stuttgart area. Close to town and nevertheless in the countryside, with ideal motorway connections. The castle hotel of the same name is idyllically located at the Monrepos Lake Castle and thus directly at the dreamy Monrepos Lake. The Gutsschenke restaurant, the garden restaurant, the rustic Monrepos Hütte, the Herzog von Württemberg winery with vinotheque, an 18-hole golf course and numerous cycling and jogging paths are right next to the hotel. The wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, ice fountain, relaxation lounge and terrace as well as the well-equipped fitness room offer rest and relaxation. Eight modernly equipped conference and banquet rooms including the two-storey Monrepos Loft offer space for a wide variety of events.
Directions for public transport
S-Bahn S5 (direction Bietigheim Bissingen) or S4 (direction Backnang) to stop/station „Ludwigsburg“. From ZOB (bus station) Ludwigsburg with Bus 424 (direction Ludwigsburg IKEA) to stop „Eglosheim Golfplatz“. Then a 10 minutes walk along a gravel way through the park to the Schlosshotel Monrepos.
Directions
Autobahn/Highway A 81 until highway exit „Ludwigsburg-Nord“. Then turn on B 27 direction Ludwigsburg. Before entering Ludwigsburg turn left in the direction to “Marbach am Neckar/Monrepos”. After approx. 800 m turn left again to „Domäne Monrepos” and follow the signage through the park to Schlosshotel Monrepos.
