Welcome to the Goethe-Institut guest house in Freiburg. Our guest house consists of 132 apartments, which are divided into one-person apartments and two-person apartments. Please note that our apartments do not have a TV. The rooms consist of a combined living and sleeping area with an en suite shower room. Our communal kitchen is at your disposal for catering, each room has its own dishes and its own fridge with freezer compartment. A variety of shops, such as a supermarket and bakery, and numerous restaurants can be found within walking distance in our area. There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. The house also has a terrace with a fantastic view of the city and its own garden. The city center, where the main train station, the concert hall and the central campus of the university are located, can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. Bus and tram stops are only a three-minute walk from our guest house. We look forward to you!

Check-In: Our reception is usually open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-Out: 8:00 a.m. -12: 00 p.m. Your arrival and departure is easy via our key box.

Directions

Our hotel is located approx. 750 m from the main train station. You can reach our guest house with any tram out of town to the tram stop Escholzstraße, by taxi or foot.
