It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge until 24 hours prior arrival day,
In case of arrival after 6 pm please submit your credit card details to guarantee the booking.
In case of non use or late cancellation we will charge 100 % of the first night room rate.

The agreed prices are per room / night and include the currently valid VAT. The city tax of Dresden will be surcharged on your final bill.

In accordance with § 36 VSBG the Gewandhaus Dresden is under an obligation to inform you about the possibility of participating in an arbitration process for settling consumer disputes as specified in the legislation on consumer dispute settlement. the Gewandhaus Dresden is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute settlement processes before a body for settling consumer disputes.
